US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the first generic version of the prescription drug, Viagra, to market in the United States.

The first generic version of Pfizer’s erectile dysfunction drug Viagra will be produced and distributed by a U. S. supplier.
Pfizer’s impotence drug Viagra, sold as Cialis, is the first drug to be approved to market in the United States.
